Delivery

  • How much shipping cost should I pay?
    In each online order, Cosmo Circle will charge 8% from your total amount as Shipping Cost. For instance, if the order is charged USD 500, an extra USD 40 should be paid as Shipping Cost. The shipping cost will be added up in the Order Total of the “Check Out” process.
  • Who are your couriers?
    We make use of the most cost-effective delivery service to minimize the prices. The EMS of the Speedpost, a door-to-door delivery service provider by the Hong Kong Post Office, is used as our long-term courier for delivery. For European customers, TNT is used to help reducing your mailing costs.
  • Can I call for my courier rather than the Cosmo Circle’s?
    We have no specific licenses required for some other couriers. Normally our original porters (EMS of the Hong Kong Speedpost) would be prefer to simplify operational procedures, as they offer quality service with facile requirements.

Returns

  • What if my garment does not fit?
    We promise to make the best fit for you. Email us if the garment is not good enough, and we will be responsible for perfecting it for you.
  • What if my garment needs repair?
    Capture the part where repair is needed and email us the photo with a brief note. The outfit will be reviewed and restored as soon as possible.
  • Returns policy
    We process and deliver all of our orders within 28 days of ordering, and we will contact you once your order has been shipped.
  • How do I return an item?

  • Have you received my returned goods?
    As soon as the return has been processed, an email notice will be sent. If you haven't received the email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please contact us.

  • What kind of payment methods do you accept?
    We accept VISA, Master, American Express and Paypal.
  • What information do I need to provide?
    Your name, telephone number, address, e-mail address and age for competitions, lucky draws, or newsletter sign ups. When a purchase is made on our site, in addition to the above, we also ask for delivery address and payment method details. We may obtain information about your usage of our website to help us for further development and improvement.
  • Usage of my personal information?
    Your information will enable us and our staffs to fulfill your order, to notify you about important functionality changes and for statistical or survey purposes to improve our business as well as our service to you. We may also send newsletter from time to time for products and services promotions and update. If you do not wish to be contacted for these purposes, please send an e-mail to our Online Service Team on onlineshop@cosmocircle.com writing Unsubscribe in the subject heading or contact us at “Contact us” section.
  • Will any of my personal information be used by any third party?
    Don’t worry, all your personal details will only be used by Cosmo Circle Custom Tailor, our staffs have no access to any personal information without supervisor’s authorization.
  • How would you handle my information when the payment fails?
    If the transaction is failed, the relevant data is destroyed within one week.

Track Orders

  • Tracking your order
    An order confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been received. In addition, a delivery notice email, which includes the postal tracking number for your package, will be sent to you once the order has been shipped. Referring to the airway bill number on the notice to track your parcel on the courier website. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions on tracking order status.
  • How does mail tracking work?
    Please visit the attached courier website. Input the tracking number on the search bar and the status of the parcel will be listed accordingly. (E.g. pending customs, arrived in the country, etc.)
